|  Turkish Cooking Classes...   Learn the secrets of cooking wonderful Turkish dishes offered twice a month limited to a small group participation. First we have Turkish tea,and a " Surprise Appetizer" , watch a Turkish slide show. Then we have 2 appetizers/vegeteran dishes,main dish and dessert. We finalize the day with Turkish coffee. The menu is decided according to what that day's group would like to learn, vegeterian, lamb, or chicken dishes, it is up to you to pick what the menu should be like.
