Learn the secrets of cooking wonderful Turkish dishes offered twice a month limited to a small group participation.Classes start at 11:00 am on Saturday mornings in my house in Edmonds.  First we have Turkish tea,and a " Surprise Appetizer" , watch a Turkish slide show. Then we have 2 appetizers/vegeteran dishes,main dish and dessert. We finalize the day with Turkish coffee.

 

The menu is decided according to what that day's group would like to learn, vegeterian, lamb, or chicken dishes, it is up to you to pick what the menu should be like.  You can invite your friends and have your own group.  Email me for quetions please.
